Two special events were honoured during a visit to the municipality of Sallingberg: the farewell to Mayor Leopold Bock and the welcoming of his successor, Cornelia Juster. For the first time in the municipality’s history, a woman is now at the helm. Together with the new Deputy Mayor Christian Weidenauer, she takes on responsibility for the future of Sallingberg.
The realisation of the Sallingberg wind farm is a key project for the future. With this project, the municipality is sending a strong signal in favour of renewable energy and sustainable development.
Accompanied by warm words of thanks and good wishes for the coming term of office, the visit was a sign of the transition, continuity and further development of the municipality.
